AVAD 2010/2011 is just around the corner with the details as follow:

You are required to submit your details (name, student ID, contact number, email address) together with your confirmation on the needs of transportation and purchases of the masque with your budget during the registration. (if you need our committees assistant to buy mask)
*** What is AVAD? ***
AVAD is Annual Volunteer Appreciation Dinner organized by MMU RC Chapter. This event is held to celebrate our chapter's anniversary and also serve as a purpose to reunite all the members.
*** What is Mascherata? ***
Mascherata is Italian language of Masquerade. It is a type of party where people wear masques over their faces to hide their identities.
*** Transportation ***
Transportation will be provided. For your information, if you want to travel there by car, you would need to pay RM7 as parking fee.
*** Mask ***
Since this is a masque party, participants are required to come masqueraded in the party.
We hope you would be able to make it convenient to attend the party.
Attention for participant who need our assist to purchase the mask, We will provide you all with the budget mask, however the design will be worthing the price of the mask where it may not reach your satisfactory level and will be standardize with those who need our assist in purchasing the mask. So my advice is, try your best to get a mask first.
We will be charging RM6 for each mask.
As for those who have their own mask, HORROR MASK (monster, bloody, gory, etc.) is STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
