1 Malaysia Help and Health Campaign is a health awareness campaign to promote healthy lifestyle practices among Cyberjaya community. The following are the details of sub-events:

1. Organ Donation Campaign

Collaboration with National Transplant Resource Center
· Sharing session with organ recipient
· Open for registration as organ donor

2. 28th Blood Donation Drive

Collaboration with National Blood Bank
· Exhibition on blood information

3. Free Medical Checkup

i) HSC Cheras Specialists Center
· Free posture checkups
· Advice on maintaining good posture
· Free consulation voucher worth rm250,
· 10% of production & services

ii) Metro Optical Group (MOG)
· Provide free eye test
· Basic eye care advice
· Free trial contact lenses

iii) Paragon Vest SDN BHD
· Provide free foot analysis
· Provide free shoe consultation
· Give special promotional price on products
· Selling of shoes product (Brooks)

· Offer a complete line of knee, ankle, elbow & wrist braces, wrap supports

4. CPR Awareness Campaign

Teach public the right CPR method.
i) CPR Awareness Campaign in-campus

· Date: 19th March 2011
· Time: 1.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

i) National Anti Drugs Agency
· Exhibit information about drug

ii) Cancerlink Foundation
· Exhibit information on cancers (e.g lung cancer, breast cancer)

iii) Malaysian Aids Council
· Exhibit information on AIDS

6. Demonstration

Collaboration with National Cancer Society
· Talk on breast cancer
· Method to detect breast cancer

7. Health Talk

· Venue: FCM E-Theatre

ii) VISA & Immigration Liaison Unit (VILU) MMU
· Date: 16th March 2011
· Time: 12.00 pm to 1.00 pm
· Venue: FCM E-Theatre
· Scope: Talk on immigration

iii) National Transplant Resource Center
· Date: 17th March 2011
· Time: 12.00 pm
· Venue: FCM E-Theatre
· Scope: Sharing session with organ recipient
· Title: My Gift of Life·

iv) National Cancer Society
· Date: 17th March 2011
· Time: 2.00 pm

· Scope: Breast cancer causes and prevention

· Exhibition on basic knowledge for International Student
· Traditional game like gasing, cheling & mehendi which is indian draw hand
