Social Contribution 2010/11

Dear all,

Malaysian Red Crescent of Multimedia University Cyberjaya Chapter is organizing a Social Contribution on this coming Saturday. The details of the event are as followed:

Date : 14th August 2010 (Saturday)
Time : 7am-5pm
Venue: Port Dickson (Pantai Teluk Kemang)

Fee : RM 5

The main purpose of this event is contribute to the society in a different way, by cleaning up the rubbish at the seaside at Pantai Teluk Kemang. It aims to raise up the awareness of members and public towards the important of public cleanliness, and help to preserve the tourism spot.

After all, it's our outing session. Members are free to have their own activities. You are advised to bring two suits of clothes for changing.

Those who are interested to join the event, please submit your name and fee to your respective commandant.

For your information, everyone is required to wear RC- shirt during the event. Lunch is not provided.

Gratitude for 26th Blood Donation Drive

Dear all,

Congratulate to all of you to make 26th Blood Donation Drive a success!

For your information, the total number of blood donors are as follow:
1st August: 48
2nd August: 61
3rd August: 83
4th August: 132
Overall, we have 324 of blood donors from this batch.

Moreover, we would like to give special thanks to Fruit Plus Sweet, Sweetie Bread, Sushi King Voucher, Vico Drink, Iko Cookies, and Dolphin Jelly for their sponsor items to this 26th Blood Donation Drive. We appreciate the help of Red Crescent members to come for promote and duty as well.

This blood donation drive won't be success with lacking of any donors, sponsors, or Red Crescent members! Finally, thanks again to all of you for giving contribution in this event.

26th Blood Donation Drive

Dear all,

The blood to help lives is never enough! We will have the Blood Donation Drive this semester again. The details is as below:

Date : 2rd - 5th Aug 2010

Time : 10.30am - 4.30pm

Venue : MPH Extension Hall

Ex-donors are encouraged to bring their small red book. Goodies bag and SAPS points will be given to every donors too. Sponsored item such as Sushi King voucher, Iko biscuit, fruitplus,vico and etceteras will be given out to the donors.

Report: Social Welfare - Binding Trip 2010/11

Dear all,

We had successfully to hold binding trip in Outbac Broga and we appreciated the member who joined in binding trip this year. The details are as followed:

Date: 3th-4th July 2010

There are some outdoor activities we had, for example: Flying Fox, Rock Climbing, Obstacle Crossing, Rafting and Leap of Faith

The entire participants are 40 peoples. This binding trip actually bring the members to visit three places, namely Cyber Park, Outbac Broga and Sungai Terkala. It opened the eye of the members about the existent of a nice park which is located just opposite our campus.

Thank you for all participants who joined this binding trip and we had the big fun within the games.

Report: Social Welfare - Ice breaking Night 2010/11

Dear all,

We appreciated that the member who joined our Ice breaking night and thank you for other support and help. The details are followed as:

Date: 1th July 2010

Venue: FOE CR 1025

Time: 7:45pm

The entire participant is 48 peoples. The main objective is to bind the new members and let them know each other through the games. We had big fun with playing the games that night and hopefully all the member can continue join the following event hold by Red Crescent.
